Depending on the inventory situation and the circumstances of the delivery company, delivery may take longer than the above. Please note that we are unable to provide service on Saturdays, Sundays, and Korean holidays. For orders placed before holidays, delivery may be delayed. To check for product defects or missing components, you must shoot a video from opening the carton box attached AWB to check all contents. If you don't provide us with unboxing video, it is difficult for us to check, so it is impossible to proceed with exchange, return or refund.
